If I believe what God is saying to me now, what are the outcomes for me at this point in my life?
Beloved, when the Lord speaks to you, know that the Almighty One has taken you gently by the hand. He adores you and is the source of all that is good. Good comes into your life from nowhere and no one else. If you listen and then act, the outcome of His words is not in dispute. Jas.1:17
He loves to initiate, and it is our joy to respond. If God tells you who He wants to be for you, you will know who you can become. GOOD is the relentless outcome if you stay in God’s plan and partner with His purpose. “We know that God causes all things to work together for good (two conditions here) to those who love God and are called according to His purpose.” Rom. 8:28. We receive from God and then give back to Him. When we fulfil these two conditions, we are lovers of God and living in His purpose. Everything in and around our lives must fall to the power of goodness.
His words may be for your future. They may come to you with a grace that will grow you so you are ready to meet the demands of the months and years ahead. He is your God who goes before you. Deut. 1:30. They may chart a direction for your future to help you find the courage to deal with past wounds. They will remind you of your real identity when you are tempted to think past events can define and diminish you. John 15:16. They may be for today. These words open the door to the wisdom, the courage, or the comfort you need. Ps. 51:6, Ps. 27:14, 2 Cor. 1:3.
Their focus will be on whatever you need most. He is living in all your circumstances with you and always speaking to you. His words are perfect. This will be a uniquely precious communication. Listen with delight because the first outcome you can expect is joy. John 15:11.
He is determined to remain your Creator and your Redeemer. This will never change. Mal. 3:6. Is there a hope that has died or a part of you that you think is dead – beyond hope of resurrection? Or is some part damaged – beyond hope of restoration? Eze. 37:5. Listen, decide to live again, and watch everything become new. 2 Cor. 5:17. Rev. 21:5.
His words are reliable. You can trust them. He is watching over them to ensure they do, in you, just what He intends. John 17:17, Isa. 55:11.
